We are looking for an experienced and innovative AI & Business Automation Manager who can identify, develop and implement AI-powered solutions to improve business operations, automate repetitive processes and enhance management visibility.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI applications, intelligent automation workflows, AI agents, business dashboards and software integrations.

We are particularly interested in someone who can think beyond conventional AI applications and introduce cutting-edge solutions that help management make faster, smarter and more informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Implementation & Business Automation

- Identify business processes that can be improved or automated using AI.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work.
- Implement automation using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier and other relevant platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business applications and systems.

2. AI Agents & Intelligent Applications

- Develop and implement AI agents for different business functions.
- Build internal AI assistants and knowledge-based chatbots.
- Work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other AI models.
- Implement RAG-based systems and company knowledge retrieval solutions.

3. Management Dashboards & Business Intelligence

- Develop centralized dashboards for management.
- Build automated reporting systems covering different departments.
- Implement AI-powered business summaries, alerts and performance insights.
- Enable management to retrieve business information through conversational AI interfaces.

4. API Integrations & Technical Implementation





- Integrate applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Work with databases, Python and other relevant technologies.
- Integrate business platforms such as Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.

5. Innovation & Strategic AI Planning

- Research new AI technologies, tools and opportunities.
- Propose practical AI implementations that can improve business efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption across HR, marketing, ecommerce, sales and operations.
- Present project demonstrations, implementation plans and measurable results to management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in AI implementation, business automation, AI engineering or AI solutions development.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents and automation workflows.
- Experience with OpenAI API, Claude or Gemini.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases and integrations.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience building dashboards and business reporting systems.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
