Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and drive admission conversions.
- Manage the complete admission cycle, from inquiry generation to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
