Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads for PEB buildings, industrial sheds, warehouses and steel structure projects.
- Identify and approach potential clients, industrialists, builders, architects and consultants.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate for technical proposals and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and business development activities.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain robust client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in project sales, technical sales or business development.
- Knowledge of PEB, steel structures or construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
