To execute, supervise, inspect and commission Fire Fighting Appliances (FFA) and fire safety systems at client sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable safety standards and project timelines.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Installation

- Supervise installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning of fire fighting systems and equipment.
- Execute site activities related to fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, fire detection systems and associated equipment.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment and materials required for site execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

B. Inspection, Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct inspection and testing of fire fighting equipment and systems.
- Perform pressure testing, flow testing and functional testing wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper installation and operational readiness of fire pumps, hydrants, valves, sprinklers and other FFA equipment.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare testing, commissioning and inspection reports.

C. Client & Project Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



contractors and internal project teams.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
- Understand client requirements and resolve technical queries.
- Coordinate site inspections and obtain necessary work approvals.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients.

D. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site reports and manpower attendance records.
- Prepare material consumption reports and site progress reports.
- Maintain installation checklists, inspection reports and commissioning records.
- Report material shortages, site constraints and execution delays to the reporting manager.
- Maintain updated as-built drawings and project documentation.

E. Quality & Safety Compliance

- Ensure all work complies with applicable fire safety standards, including relevant NBC and applicable NFPA requirements, wherever specified.
- Follow company QHSE policies and client safety procedures.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow secure working practices.
- Identify unsafe conditions and report incidents or near misses.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout installation and commissioning.
