We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency company based in Kochi looking for a proactive HR Intern.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & screening resumes from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

Scheduling & coordinating interviews with candidates

Handling joining formalities, documentation & employee data

Assisting in attendance, leave management & daily HR reports

Supporting employee engagement activities

Posting job openings on portals and social media

Maintaining HR files and databases

Requirements: MBA / BBA in HR or any graduate with interest in HR

Valuable communication in English & Malayalam

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets

Fresher can apply, immediate joiners preferred
