Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors and labour teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and wastage at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project managers.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site regulations.




- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and timely execution of work.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Positive knowledge of site execution, estimation, and measurement.
- Experience in managing contractors and labour teams.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction site execution.
- Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day site operations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
