Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain real-time stock records via ERP software, excel sheets
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the daily operational point of contact for vendor negotiations, logistics partners, and B2B client order queries.
- Daily Workflow: Supervise and optimize daily backend processes, ensure smooth team coordination
Technical & Skill Requirements
- ERP Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience managing stock, purchasing, and sales modules in an ERP system
- MS Excel: Strong command of formulas and basic excel shortcut
- Experience: 3–6 years in backend operations, computer operator or accounting
