Venadu is an ONDC-enabled community marketplace provider building India's community application. Venadu brings shopping, food delivery, local classifieds, local news, taxi and auto booking, and other community services into a single digital platform.

We are looking for enthusiastic interns who want to learn business operations, digital marketing, and community marketplace development.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Partner Support

- Assist in onboarding local shops, merchants, and business partners.
- Support State and Zonal Partners in implementing the Venadu platform.
- Help partners understand and use Venadu applications and admin panels.
- Conduct online training sessions and provide operational support.
- Monitor partner progress and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Assist in shop verification, product listing, and marketplace setup.
- Maintain daily operational reports and partner activity records.

1. Marketing & Promotion

- Assist in promoting Venadu through social media and digital platforms.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, posters, and promotional campaigns.
- Support Meta Ads campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Follow up with marketing leads and maintain lead databases.
- Help partners promote Venadu in their local markets.




- Assist in preparing campaign reports and marketing performance analysis.

1. Communication & Coordination

- Communicate with partners, merchants, and internal teams through WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Coordinate Google Meet training and review sessions.
- Prepare progress updates, meeting notes, and follow-up reports.
- Support business development and community expansion activities.

Required Skills
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, and online meeting tools.
- Willingness to learn new technology and business processes.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
