Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned outlets.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to operational SOPs and company policies.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth functioning of outlets while maintaining brand and operational standards.
- Monitor outlet opening, closing, service, and daily operational activities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company processes across all assigned outlets.

2. Sales & Business Performance

- Drive outlet-wise sales and revenue targets across the assigned area.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly outlet performance.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop action plans for underperforming outlets.
- Monitor customer footfall, average order value, and sales productivity.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales and operational targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for local sales-building initiatives.

3. Customer Experience

- Ensure high customer service standards across all assigned outlets.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Monitor outlet-level customer service performance.

4. Team Leadership & Manpower Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop Outlet Managers, Shift In-Charges, and outlet teams.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and deployment across outlets.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and manpower requirements.




- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability across assigned outlets.
- Control food cost, wastage, pilferage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper ordering, receiving, storage, and consumption of materials.
- Monitor stock variance and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with stock management and audit procedures.
- Identify cost-control opportunities and improve outlet profitability.
- Take corrective action for excessive wastage and stock discrepancies.

6. Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality, hygiene, and cleanliness audits.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, preparation, and service standards.
- Implement corrective actions for audit observations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and outlet cleanliness.
- Ensure all outlet employees follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

7. Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for assigned outlets.




- Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and consumables.
- Monitor vendor delivery and service performance.
- Escalate supply shortages, quality issues, and delivery concerns.
- Ensure proper receiving and storage of materials.
- Support cost-effective procurement and logistics processes.

8. Outlet Performance & Audit Management

- Conduct regular operational audits of assigned outlets.
- Monitor sales, profitability, manpower, inventory, hygiene, and service performance.
- Identify operational gaps and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Track outlet-wise KPIs and performance indicators.
- Implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Report major operational issues and risks to the Operations Head.

9. Recent Outlet Opening & Expansion Support

- Support new outlet opening and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate manpower, training, inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.
- Ensure outlet teams are properly trained before opening.
- Support smooth launch and stabilization of new outlets.
- Monitor newly opened outlets during the initial operating period.

10. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track outlet-wise sales, costs, manpower, inventory, wastage, and customer metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators across assigned outlets.
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Operations Head.
- Recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives based on business performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
