We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale PEGA initiatives. The role combines Agile leadership with technical oversight, ensuring successful delivery of PEGA applications while driving team performance, stakeholder engagement, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities (50%)

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions.

Coach cross-functional PEGA teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.

Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down, and delivery metrics.

Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity.

Manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, Architects, and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity.

Prepare and present project status, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to leadership.

Technical Manager Responsibilities (50%)

Provide technical leadership for PEGA application development, enhancement, and support.

Review PEGA architecture, solution design, workflows, case management, and integration approaches.

Ensure adherence to PEGA guardrails, coding standards,



and best practices.

Lead estimation, release planning, resource planning, and capacity management.

Oversee integrations with APIs, databases, third-party systems, and enterprise applications.

Manage technical risks, production issues, and defect resolution.

Support DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and application performance optimization.

Mentor Lead System Architects (LSAs), Senior System Architects (SSAs), and development teams.

Drive technical governance, code reviews, and quality assurance.

Required Skills

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in PEGA delivery leadership roles.

Solid knowledge of PEGA Infinity Platform, Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.

Experience managing PEGA development teams across multiple releases.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.

Hands-on understanding of PEGA integrations, REST/SOAP services, security, and performance tuning.

Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, and release management.

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.

PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification
