SIYARI JEWELLERS LLP is a premium jewellery company specializing in lab-grown diamond jewellery, customized designs and premium craftsmanship.

We are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking and target-oriented Online Sales Executive to manage incoming customer enquiries across digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with domestic and international customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, following up on potential leads and converting enquiries into confirmed jewellery orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other online platforms.
- Manage domestic and international customer enquiries.
- Communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp, email and phone calls.
- Handle international clients through online meetings and digital communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
- Explain diamond specifications, pricing, gold options and customization processes.
- Share product images, videos, catalogues, quotations and CAD designs.




- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customized orders and delivery updates.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
- Must be confident handling international customers.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in online sales, telesales or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email and online communication.
- Ability to independently manage leads and close sales.
- Knowledge of jewellery and diamonds is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, professional and target-oriented.
