Job Summary

As a Contingent HR Operations Support Specialist, you will deliver high-quality Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR support across the JAPAC and EMEA regions using the ticketing tool and Workday.

You will manage high-volume transactional workflows, oversee benefits vendor onboarding, and ensure seamless system integration and audit governance.

Your expertise in HR systems, procurement tools, and stakeholder management will drive process improvements and maintain strict compliance across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver best in class service on Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR Operations support across JAPAC and EMEA via Ticketing tool and Workday.

Perform HR operational service delivery activities and tasks such as data entry, employment verification requests, leave of absence (LOA) processing, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and other tasks as assigned, leaves of absence & others.

Coordinate end-to-end JAPAC and EMEA benefits vendor onboarding, including compliance, InfoSec reviews, and Privacy tickets.

Execute regional benefits administration for JAPAC & EMEA, including procurement tool management (OneTrust, Ariba, Ironclad) for vendor setups and contract renewals.

Manage billing reconciliation, invoice routing, Accounts Payable coordination, and ongoing benefits reporting and audit governance.

Oversee secure file transfers, census updates, and compliance governance.

Support M&A; integration by handling data updates as needed.

Conduct cross-system data reconciliations and audit reporting to ensure 100% compliance.

Handle Workday enquiries and transactions such as Worker profile creation,



position adjustments, and account setups.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

3+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology MNC.

Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors.

Proven capability to perform multi-system data audits, billing reconciliations, and report validation.

Preferred Qualifications

Robust knowledge of multi-country JAPAC and EMEA benefits, leaves, and HR service delivery.

Proficiency or direct exposure to benefits administration.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills to interface with global stakeholders and external vendors.

Proven ability to self-direct, navigate ambiguity, drive process improvements, and maintain strict confidentiality.
