Job Summary Being at the frontline of an engineering department of paint manufacturing plant and dealing with all equipment maintenance requires a responsible and organized approach

As a Instrumentation Engineer to support process automation, instrumentation reliability, and electrical panel troubleshooting in a running industrial paint/coatings manufacturing plant. The role requires strong hands-on capability with Allen-Bradley PLC systems (preferred), FactoryTalk HMI/SCADA, and field instrumentation, along with practical understanding of PCC, MCC, VFD/Soft-starter panels, and PLC control panels. The position involves breakdown support, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and project execution with robust focus on safety and compliance in a solvent/chemical environment.

Your role is vital to the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing and processing industries. Working with other professionals, youll improve production facilities,



reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns, and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Experience Requirements

Educational Requirements

Diploma / BE / BTech in Instrumentation /Mechanical/ EI / Electrical / Electronics.

Experience: 5-8 years in Instrumentation + Process Automation within process industries (Paint/Coatings/Chemicals preferred).

Strong exposure to both plant maintenance troubleshooting and project execution/commissioning in a running plant.

Shift: Primarily day shift; occasional support during shutdowns/start-ups as required.
