Job Summary

Akuntha Projects Private Limited is looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Support Staff member to assist with daily office operations, basic clerical tasks, banking activities, and general administrative support.

As our company operates in the electrical and engineering sector, candidates with basic knowledge of electrical materials, tools, or electrical work will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle basic clerical work, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, document submissions, and other official banking activities.
- Assist with office paperwork, record keeping, and maintaining files.
- Collect and deliver documents, materials, and other items as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and project staff for routine office requirements.
- Assist with purchasing and collecting electrical materials from local suppliers.
- Support daily office activities and other general office-related tasks.




- Perform occasional outdoor duties within Gandhinagar and nearby areas.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Ability to handle easy clerical work and banking-related tasks.
- Basic knowledge of electrical materials, tools, or electrical work will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to perform both office and outdoor duties.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with previous experience as an Office Assistant, Office Helper, Office Support Staff, or Electrical Helper will be preferred.
