Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, active, and well-organized Office Assistant cum Driver to handle both driving responsibilities and general office support activities. The candidate should be capable of managing daily office errands, bank-related work, document handling, courier services, and other administrative tasks along with driving duties.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Responsibilities:

- Drive company vehicles safely for official purposes.
- Pick up and drop off employees, documents, and other materials as required.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in positive condition.
- Follow traffic rules and maintain proper driving discipline.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

- Handle bank-related activities,



including cheque deposits and document submissions.
- Manage courier and parcel collection and delivery.
- Handle document collection, submission, and other official paperwork.
- Support daily office administration and clerical activities.
- Visit vendors, banks, and other offices for official purposes.
- Assist with other office-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in driving and office assistant activities.
- Valid driving licence .
- Good knowledge of Coimbatore routes and locations.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to handle both driving and office support activities.
- Basic reading, writing, and documentation skills.
