We are looking for a responsible, punctual and hardworking Office Boy to assist with daily office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure the workplace is neat and organized.
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist with basic office tasks and daily requirements.
- Handle document delivery, photocopying, scanning and printing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier parcels.
- Purchase and arrange office supplies whenever required.
- Assist staff with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure meeting areas and common spaces are maintained properly.




- Perform other office-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum basic education.
- Must be punctual, responsible and hardworking.
- Good behaviour and a polite attitude.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
- Previous office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable and willing to take responsibility.
