We are looking for a smart, confident, and motivated Office Administrator & Sales Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable organizational abilities, and an interest in software sales, customer support, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office administration and business operations.
- Maintain company accounts, records, invoices, and documentation.
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Promote AmazingBiz ERP, POS, and business software solutions.
- Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Assist with software testing and customer support.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and business documents.
- Coordinate with management and technical teams.

Requirements




- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in software sales or office administration is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
