We are looking for Assistant Splicers to support fibre optic installation, maintenance and splicing activities. This is a field-based technical role suitable for both freshers and candidates with previous experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in fibre optic cable installation and maintenance activities.
- Support the Splicer in fibre splicing and jointing work.
- Assist in identifying and rectifying fibre optic problems.
- Help examine and replace faulty or damaged fibre optic cables.
- Support scheduled maintenance and inspection activities.
- Assist with premises cabling and related field work.
- Handle fibre optic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain proper records of assigned work.
- Follow technical and safety instructions during field activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply.




- Candidates with previous OFC/fibre optic experience can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of fibre optics, networking or telecommunications is preferred.
- ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in field locations.
- Willingness to work day and night shifts.
- Valuable learning ability and a positive attitude.

Salary Details
- Fresher: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month (In-hand).
- Experienced: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month (In-hand).
- PF facilities over and above the salary.

Working Hours Day & Night Shift – 12-hour duty

- Day Shift: 9 AM
- Night Shift: 9 PM
