Investigating data gaps| duplicate records| rating issues| and billing impacts.

Managing incidents| problems| changes| and releases relating to mediation services.

Performing capacity planning| performance tuning| and system health checks.

Working closely with Network| Billing| Roaming| Revenue Assurance| and Application Support teams.

Supporting major launches| migrations| and platform upgrades.
