- CCTV Surveillance Systems: Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems.
- LAN-WAN Connectivity: Designing, implementing, and maintaining wired and wireless networking infrastructure for seamless connectivity.
- Time Attendance Systems: Installation and maintenance of biometric attendance machines, access control, and employee attendance management solutions.
- Intercom / EPABX Systems: Installation, configuration, and servicing of intercom and EPABX communication systems for efficient internal communication.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle installation, configuration, servicing, and maintenance of CCTV, networking, biometric attendance, and EPABX systems.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Conduct site visits, technical inspections, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare technical quotations, service reports, and project documentation.
- Provide after-sales support and periodic maintenance services.




- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute towards company growth.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and timely completion of assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV surveillance and security systems.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, and structured cabling.
- Familiarity with biometric attendance and access control systems.
- Knowledge of intercom and EPABX installations.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site assignments.
