QC Engineer for Bowl & Impeller

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of submersible pump Bow & impellers.

2. Inspect casting defects such as cracks, blowholes, porosity, and surface defects.

3. Check critical dimensions like outer diameter, bore diameter, hub diameter, vane thickness, and overall dimensions as per engineering drawings.

4. Verify concentricity, runout, surface finish, and impeller balancing.

5. Ensure product quality as per approved drawings and specifications.

6. Identify and report rejected or non-conforming components.

7. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

8. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

9. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

10. Ensure proper calibration and usage of measuring instruments.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
