Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale civil construction, infrastructure, and EPC projects in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience in executing or managing construction projects valued at ₹50 crore or above, with strong expertise in site execution, planning, contractor management, cost control, quality, and project delivery.

Airport construction project experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects valued at ₹50 Cr+.
- Manage site operations, project planning, scheduling, execution, and timely delivery.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Handle BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, billing, budgeting, and cost control.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and statutory safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, resolve site execution issues, and implement corrective actions.




- Prepare project progress reports and ensure project completion within approved budgets and timelines.

Mandatory Requirements

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Proven experience executing or managing civil construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects valued at ₹50 crore or above.
- Strong hands-on site execution and project management experience.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Solid understanding of BOQ, estimation, billing, and project cost control.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Airport construction or airport infrastructure projects.
- Large commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience handling complex, multi-contractor construction environments.

Important Candidate Selection Criteria

We are specifically looking for hands-on construction project leaders with proven execution experience.

Candidates with exclusively design, consultancy, or office-based planning experience without substantial site execution responsibility will not be considered.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
