Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finishing QA qualified with hands-on experience in woven garments manufacturing to ensure product quality during finishing and final inspection stages.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Inspect finished woven garments to ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor finishing activities, including thread trimming, stain removal, ironing, folding, tagging, and packing.
- Identify garment defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct final quality inspections before packing and shipment.
- Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality requirements and AQL standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Finishing, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor defect rates and implement preventive measures to reduce rejections.




- Maintain quality inspection reports and finishing-related documentation.
- Ensure garments are packed according to buyer specifications and shipment requirements.

Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in Finishing QA in the garments manufacturing industry.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in woven garments.
- Strong knowledge of woven garment finishing processes and final inspection procedures.
- Good understanding of garment defects and buyer quality standards.
- Knowledge of AQL inspection procedures is preferred.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
