Key Responsibilities:
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in billing, inventory, accounting, GST, and reporting workflows.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
Assist customers with billing, accounting, reconciliation, and software-related queries.
Support customer onboarding and software adoption.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product issues.




Deliver excellent customer support and communicate product feedback.

Required Skills:
Practical knowledge of accounting, billing, GST, and inventory.
Familiarity with Tally, Marg ERP, Zoho Books, or similar software.
Knowledge of Excel and basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
Customer handling, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
