About the Role

Deep Technologies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate web application development projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, managing cross-functional teams, maintaining effective client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a foundational understanding of web technologies and software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, organize, and oversee web development projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and task dependencies to ensure timely execution.
- Identify potential risks, manage project challenges, and implement appropriate solutions.

Team Coordination & Task Management

- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.
- Assign, monitor, and prioritize tasks using Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Conduct regular team meetings, daily stand-ups, and progress reviews.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve team collaboration, productivity, and project delivery.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, communicate progress, and collect feedback.
- Translate client requirements into clear,



actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Manage client expectations, scope changes, and project-related communication professionally.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.

Quality Assurance & Project Reporting

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality expectations.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Prepare project status reports, progress trackers, and management updates using Asana, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Facilitate project reviews, testing coordination, client approvals, and final handovers.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and project management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in project management, preferably within web development, software development, or IT services.
- Strong understanding of project planning, task management, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Hands-on experience with Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of web development technologies,



website functionality, and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, custom web applications, or eCommerce development projects.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding development workflows.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering, project estimation, sprint planning, and change management.
- Experience coordinating directly with domestic or international clients.
- Familiarity with website testing, quality assurance processes, and deployment coordination.
