Software Engineer - Java Full Stack (AI-Driven Engineering & SpecKit)

Location: PUNE, India

Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Years

About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in Java Full Stack development to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise applications, leveraging modern technologies and methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:





- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, APIs, and databases.
- Participate in specification creation, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities following SpecKit and AIDLC practices.
- Utilize AI-enabled development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Build reusable APIs, UI components, and configuration-driven solutions while adhering to architecture and security standards.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 2, and REST.
- Proficiency in Jscript, TypeScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Micro Services Architecture and API-first development.
- Experience with Git, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and Agile methodology.
- Robust problem-solving and Analytical Skill.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure IaaS, or AWS.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with GitHub Copilot, SpecKit, Claude, or other Microsoft 365 copilot.
- Knowledge of Kafka Messaging Bus, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.
- Experience designing configuration-driven or metadata-driven applications.
