As an Associate Data Advisory and Insights Specialist, you will support senior team members in providing data-driven recommendations and insights to business stakeholders. In this entry-level role, you will assist with data collection, conduct preliminary analysis, prepare reports and presentations, and learn to translate complex data into actionable business language under guidance. You will focus on developing foundational analytical and communication skills, understanding business contexts, and contributing to the initial stages of advisory projects aimed at improving decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

- Scope / (Content Leadership): Assists in data analysis and reporting tasks. Supports senior specialists in delivering actionable insights.
- Accountability/Problem Solving: Addresses well-defined business problems using data. Performs routine data analysis and visualization tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal teams to gather data requirements. Presents findings primarily to internal stakeholders.
- Impact/Strategy: Contributes to small-scale projects. Implements basic data insights and recommendations to support broader initiatives.
- Complexity / (Product Size): Handles simpler datasets and reporting tasks. Participates in the development of components for larger analysis projects.
- Business / Technical ability:



Applies basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Demonstrates a growing understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques.

Qualifications
Education / Experience

- Entry-level background with an eagerness to develop foundational analytical skills and understand business contexts.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in assisting with data collection, conducting preliminary analysis, and preparing reports and presentations under guidance.
- Willingness to learn how to translate complex data into actionable business language aimed at improving decision-making.

Technical Skills

- Visualization& Reporting: Basic proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets for dashboard design and data representation.
- Systems& Tools: Exposure to Workday / other platforms and presentation/collaboration tools.
- Analytical Techniques: Understanding of fundamental data analysis, KPI definition, and problem-structuring techniques.
- Executive Presentation: Capability to format data representations, executive views, and summary packs for leadership reporting.

Additional Qualifications

- Strong team-oriented and structured communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams to gather data requirements, conduct follow-ups, and present findings clearly.
