We are looking for a motivated and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, pricing, sales performance and day-to-day marketplace operations.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and a strong interest in online business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords and product specifications.
- Upload new products and manage product catalogues.
- Handle pricing, MRP, inventory updates and stock management.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate product packaging, dispatch and shipping.
- Track sales, product performance and marketplace fees.
- Work on product visibility, SEO, promotions and sales growth.
- Coordinate with suppliers, packaging teams and logistics partners.
- Maintain daily sales reports, inventory records and business performance data.




- Identify opportunities to launch new products and improve profitability.
- Assist in managing our own e-commerce website and expanding online sales channels.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Understanding of product listing, pricing, inventory and order management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Knowledge of e-commerce advertising, product research and marketplace SEO will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management is desirable.
- Freshers with practical marketplace knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
