Job Summary

Info G Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IGIS) is looking for detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join our team as Data Entry Associates, Data Processing Associates, and Data Annotators.

The selected candidates will work on various data management and AI data annotation projects, including image, video, text, and audio processing. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn recent tools and technologies.

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, process, review, and validate digital data according to project requirements.
- Perform data annotation and labelling tasks involving images, videos, text, audio, and other digital content.
- Follow project-specific guidelines, instructions, and quality standards.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while performing repetitive tasks.
- Achieve assigned daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Participate in quality checks and implement feedback from team leads and reviewers.
- Handle project-related information securely and maintain confidentiality.
- Adapt to different project requirements, workflows, and software tools.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.
- Clarify doubts with the Team Lead or Supervisor whenever project instructions are unclear.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and concentration.
- Ability to read and understand English instructions.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Technical knowledge is not mandatory for freshers. Training will be provided.

- MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic data entry and data processing tools.
- Familiarity with annotation platforms such as CVAT, Label Studio, Roboflow, or SuperAnnotate.
- Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Data Entry, Data Processing, Data Annotation, Back Office Operations, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
