Role: Head Architect – Real Estate

Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete architectural department for real estate projects.
- Oversee architectural planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial projects.
- Develop design concepts, master plans, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, development control rules, and approval requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
- Manage project timelines, design budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor architects, designers, and technical team members.
- Coordinate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and design implementation.
- Ensure quality, functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in project designs.
- Handle design modifications and resolve technical issues during project execution.




- Oversee statutory approvals and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Evaluate current construction materials, technologies, and design trends.
- Ensure timely completion of all architectural deliverables.

Required Skills:

- B.Arch; M.Arch preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in architectural design and real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, development regulations, and approval processes.
- Strong leadership and department management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
