About the Role
AdsDial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and technically proficient Audio Production Assistant to join its audio production team.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Audio Team Head and assist in day-to-day audio production activities, including audio editing, AI-generated voice-over production, voice-over quality checks and other audio-related operations.
This role is suitable for someone who has a good understanding of audio editing, is comfortable working with computers and technology, and has strong Hindi and English language proficiency.
We are looking for someone who is attentive to detail, quick to learn, resourceful and capable of handling multiple production-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Audio Team Head in daily audio production and operational activities.
- Perform audio editing, trimming, mixing, noise reduction and other basic audio-processing tasks.
- Assist in generating AI-based voice and sound using different AI voice-generation platforms.
- Review voice-overs to identify incorrect pronunciation, mispronounced words, unnatural delivery and other quality issues.
- Verify Hindi pronunciation, diction, clarity and overall voice-over quality.
- Coordinate with voice-over artists whenever required and assist in managing voice-over recording requirements.
- Organize, manage and maintain audio files, recordings and project folders.
- Assist in handling multiple audio projects and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the Audio Team Head in managing day-to-day audio team operations.
- Learn and work with new audio editing tools, AI platforms and production technologies as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of audio editing and basic audio production techniques.
- Practical knowledge of audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper or similar tools.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work comfortably with different software applications.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with the ability to identify pronunciation and diction errors.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn recent software, tools and technologies quickly.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the audio team.
Additional Advantage
- Knowledge of any additional Indian regional language, such as Odia, Assamese, Bengali or other regional languages.
- Familiarity with voice-over recording, audio mixing and sound processing.
- Experience coordinating with voice-over artists or handling audio production projects.
