Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Officer for our Bhagalpur, Bihar location. The candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue loan installments, following up with customers, maintaining repayment discipline, and supporting the company's collection and recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to customers for the collection of overdue loan installments.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and personal visits to ensure timely repayments.
- Manage collection and recovery of outstanding dues related to three-wheeler vehicle loans.
- Identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
- Update collection records, payment details, and customer interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with the branch team and reporting manager regarding collection performance.




- Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize overdue and delinquent accounts.
- Follow company policies and ensure professional and ethical collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in loan collections, field recovery, microfinance, NBFC, or banking will be preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and fieldwork skills may also apply.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
- Knowledge of local areas and the local language of Bhagalpur will be an advantage.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and a two-wheeler for field visits, as required for the role.
