Job Overview

Logical Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd., an IT software development company based in Indore, is looking for a confident and target-oriented HR Business Development Executive / Student Admission Counsellor to promote our paid IT training and internship programs.

The candidate will be responsible for generating student leads, counselling candidates, converting enquiries into paid admissions, establishing college partnerships, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate student leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Counsel students and recent graduates about IT training and internship programs.
- Explain course details, technologies, duration, fees, practical project exposure, and internship opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed paid admissions through regular follow-ups.
- Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and educational institutes.
- Organize college visits, career guidance sessions, workshops, and student awareness programs.
- Promote training programs through social media and student communities.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and admission reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build referral networks with students, colleges, and educational partners.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Interest in sales, student admissions, business development, and lead generation.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Ability to work with monthly targets and performance expectations.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and social media.
- Experience in EdTech, student counselling, IT training, telecalling, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
