We connect customers with skilled professionals for services such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, appliance repair and pest control. We are building a platform to simplify how people discover, book and receive trusted home services. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and execution-focused Co-Founder – Operations to join the founding team and help build HYPSURE from the ground up. You will take ownership of business operations, service-provider management, city-level expansion and execution. This is an opportunity to build a startup, make important business decisions and grow alongside the company. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage day-to-day business operations. - Build and manage teams of field executives. - Recruit, onboard and manage service professionals. - Develop and implement city-level expansion strategies. - Establish strong relationships with customers and service providers. - Improve service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Develop operational processes and performance metrics.



- Identify business growth opportunities and strategic partnerships. - Work closely with the founding team on business strategy and execution. Ideal Candidate - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to build and manage teams. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Interest in startups, technology and the home-services industry. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. - Previous startup, business development or operations experience is preferred but not mandatory.
