Job Description Role: Associate Business & Strategy Looking for a dynamic motivated and organized individual to join our organization “The Next Milestone Technologies Pvt. In this role, you will oversee and support the operations of PeopleFirst HR Awards, HR Magazine, Global Excellence Council Awards, and other TNMT initiatives. This position reports to the Sr. Associate – Business & Strategy and plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution across our business verticals. Key Requirements: ✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome ✔ Strong verbal & written English communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently & in teams Responsibilities: This will include the overall backend support for the clients. 1. Business Development – Identify & collect data of prospective clients for HR Awards, HR Magazine, and other verticals. 2. Client Engagement – Build & manage relationships, provide support, and drive outreach (including emails, calling, LinkedIn connects). Reach potential applicants, and encourage nominations. 3.



Operational Support – Handle meeting scheduling, invoicing, and back-office tasks. 4. Social Media Management – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram 5. Content - Social media content, website content modification, HR magazine proofreading, email drafts etc. 6. Cross-Vertical Support – Assist in other organizational functions as guided by the reporting manager.
