1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant Manager – F&B; to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have a robust restaurant management background, with the ability to supervise staff, manage service operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling restaurant operations in coordination with the F&B; Manager and management team.

2. Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of restaurant service, including opening and closing activities.
- Monitor food and beverage service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper table management, order taking, billing, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.

Team Management

- Supervise, guide, and manage restaurant staff and service teams.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules and shift arrangements.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and grooming standards.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain service quality.
- Ensure proper coordination between kitchen and service teams.

Guest Relationship Management

- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
- Attend to VIP guests and special customer requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest interaction.

Inventory & Cost Control





- Monitor food and beverage inventory and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores teams for stock requirements.
- Monitor wastage and support food cost control.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, and operational expenses.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Monitor restaurant performance and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Report operational challenges and requirements to management.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food & beverage service.
- Good team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and guest relationship management.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and basic cost control.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage restaurant operations independently.

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in hotels, resorts, premium restaurants, and hospitality establishments will be preferred.
- Should have a Restaurant Manager-type operational mindset.
- Must be confident in handling staff, guests, and daily restaurant activities.
- Should be proactive, presentable, responsible, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
