About the Role

Study Metro Kochi is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as IELTS & PTE Trainers. We welcome candidates with prior teaching or training experience, as well as freshers who have excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to help selected candidates develop their skills and deliver quality training to students.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct online IELTS and PTE training sessions for students.

* Help students improve their English language proficiency and achieve their desired examination scores.

* Conduct demo classes for prospective students.

* Understand students’ learning requirements and recommend suitable training programmes.

* Follow the prescribed training methodology and course structure.

* Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback.

* Assist in converting prospective students into enrolled students through effective demo sessions and counselling.

Eligibility Criteria

* Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

* Positive command of English grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

* Prior experience in IELTS/PTE training is an advantage but freshers are welcome to apply.

* Willingness to learn, undergo training and follow the academy’s teaching methodology.





* Good interpersonal and communication skills.

* A stable internet connection and a suitable setup to conduct online classes.

Work Schedule

* Working Days: 6 days a week.

* Weekly Off: Sunday.

* Shift Timings: Afternoon shift.

* Option 1: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

* Option 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

* Shift timings can be discussed based on mutual convenience.

* Work Mode: 100% Remote – Work from Home.

Salary & Incentives

* Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.

* Additional performance-based incentives are available.

* Trainers who successfully conduct demo sessions and convert prospective students into enrolled students will be eligible for additional incentives.
