About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates helps clients find suitable residential and commercial properties for rent and sale. We work with property owners, buyers, tenants and businesses to make property discovery easier.

We are looking for active and responsible Field Executives to identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale in assigned areas of Bengaluru.

The selected candidates will visit their assigned locations, find available properties, collect basic property details, take clear photographs and share the information with our office team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit the areas assigned by the company and explore available properties.
- Identify houses, apartments, plots, shops, offices and commercial spaces available for rent or sale.
- Contact property owners, security staff or concerned persons to collect property information.
- Take clear photographs of the property, building and surrounding location.




- Collect basic details such as location, property type, size, expected rent or sale price and owner's contact information.
- Share property photographs and collected details with the office team through WhatsApp.
- Regularly update the team about newly identified properties.
- Cover the assigned areas and maintain proper daily field activity reports.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and local area knowledge.
- Must be comfortable travelling within assigned areas of Bengaluru.
- Should be active, responsible and willing to work in the field.
- Two-wheeler preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Petrol / Travel Allowance as per company policy.
- Additional incentives based on performance.
