Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technical Frontend / UI-UX Developer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience to join our team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user experience design and technical execution, translating visual wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes into production-ready, interactive frontend systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong artistic eye for clean layout aesthetics, absolute mastery over modern utility styling frameworks, and solid engineering foundations in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and structured asynchronous API integrations. This position is strictly on-site.

Key Responsibilities

· Creative UI/UX Implementation: Create andConvert complex design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD) into responsive, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive web interfaces.

· Advanced Responsive Styling: Architect robust layout architectures from scratch utilizing semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 features, SCSS/SASS preprocessors, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

· Frontend Development: Build application modules using React.js, Redux toolkit, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript to maintain strict type safety and code clean-code architectures.

· API Integration & Management: Connect backend RESTful APIs cleanly using Axios or Fetch API, managing client states efficiently and handling dynamic data workflows securely.





· Performance Optimization: Ensure consistent rendering across all major desktop and mobile browsers while optimizing applications for maximum loading speed and high core web vitals.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

· Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven production experience working directly as a Frontend or UI/UX Developer.

· Core Styling Ecosystem: Complete mastery over HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and functional layout configurations (Flexbox, Grid).

· Framework Implementations: Deep, hands-on production proficiency with Tailwind CSS and/or Material UI (MUI).

· Programming Stack: Strong application logic building blocks using standard JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (TS), and React.js.

· Data & Integration: Solid experience handling standard API endpoints, parsing nested JSON schemas, and managing asynchronous state cycles.

· Design Sensibility: A robust design portfolio showcasing a keen understanding of typography, spacing grids, visual hierarchy, and cohesive color theory.

Preferred Attributes

· Workflow Tools: Familiarity with visual collaborative design environments like Figma and modern bundlers (Vite, Webpack).

· Collaboration: Strong communication skills to sync seamlessly with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.

· Location Alignment: Ready to work full-time out of our Bhubaneswar office location without immediate relocation constraints.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
