Level - Analyst, Technical Transformation
As an Analyst, you will contribute to the design, configuration, development, integration, and deployment of technology solutions that help clients address business-critical needs. What You’ll Do
As an Analyst, Technical Transformation on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for…
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Flows, Dynamic Forms, Reports, Dashboards, and Lightning App Builder
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Lightning Web Components to support business and technical requirements
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other applications using Connected Apps, Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and Platform Events
- Contribute to deployment, defect management, documentation, estimation, and delivery tracking activities across Agile project lifecycles
- Identify risks, support process improvement and automation opportunities, and participate in learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation efforts across the team

Qualifications
Required
- 2-3 years of experience configuring, customizing, and implementing applications on Salesforce
- Experience developing Salesforce solutions using Flows, Energetic Forms, Reports and Dashboards, and Lightning App Builder
- Experience developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using Connected Apps, REST APIs, and Platform Events
- Experience with Salesforce deployments, Metadata API, Salesforce Command Line Interface (CLI), Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and estimating effort for development tasks or work products
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Science in Computer Science (MSc), or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred
- Experience in banking, including commercial banking, loan origination systems, or treasury management
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience implementing nCino Bank Operating System
- nCino Commercial Banking certification
- Experience with DevOps and version control tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket
