We are looking for an experienced Tool Design Development Manager with strong expertise in Plastic Injection Moulds and Sheet Metal Progressive Tools .

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop plastic injection moulds and sheet metal progressive tools using CREO/Pro-E .
- Prepare concept designs and support APQP, DFM, and engineering change implementation .
- Review tool designs and drive tooling modifications, corrections, and approvals.
- Coordinate tool raw material planning and vendor development activities.
- Prepare OPLs, Poka-Yoke, and other process documentation.
- Support new product development and manufacturing process improvements.
- Lead a team and manage multiple tooling projects independently.




- Handle commercial negotiations and finalization with tool room vendors.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CREO 7.0, Pro-E, Delcam, SAP, and MS Office .
- Robust knowledge of Injection Moulding, Press Shop Operations, VMC, EDM, and Wire Cut processes .
- Experience in tool design, validation, and manufacturing support.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

- Engineering>Degree/Diploma in Tool Engineering from CIPET, NTTF, TRTC, ISTC , or equivalent.
