Job Role

As a Montessori Assistant Special Educator, you will work closely with Montessori educators and the Special Education team to support children's individual learning and developmental needs.

The role involves assisting children in classroom activities, observing their responses, supporting their independence and helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate should have patience, empathy, good observation skills and a genuine interest in understanding children. A willingness to learn the Montessori philosophy and special education practices is essential.

Eligibility & Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Science or Mathematics (B.Sc. / B.Sc. Mathematics / B.Sc. Physics / Chemistry / Biology or equivalent).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Genuine interest in working with children with diverse developmental and learning needs.

Patience, empathy and compassion.

Good observation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Open-mindedness and willingness to learn.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to commit to a minimum of three years.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be able to commute reliably or relocate before joining.

No prior teaching or special education experience is required. Comprehensive Montessori and Special Education training will be provided.
