- Install, configure, monitor and support middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss and Apache Tomcat.
- Perform day-to-day middleware administration, health checks and troubleshooting.
- Support application deployments, releases, patching and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot middleware performance and availability issues and perform initial RCA.
- Work on Windows/Linux environments.
- Support automation activities using Shell/Python/Ansible.
- Participate in incident, change and problem management processes.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain SOPs, operational documentation and installation/configuration guides.
- Understand application integrations and dependencies across middleware environments.
- Exposure to AWS/GCP environments would be preferred.
