Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English literature, grammar, writing, and communication.

- Design assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.

- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into the curriculum.

- Monitor and report student progress regularly to parents and school leadership.

- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

- Maintain discipline and classroom order in accordance with school policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification is highly desirable.

- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.

- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).

- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum (as applicable).

- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young minds.
