Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Contact Center & Copilot Studio Engineer to design, develop and implement AI-powered customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, voice and chat automation, CRM integrations, and customer service processes.

The candidate will be responsible for building intelligent voice and chat bots, integrating enterprise systems, automating customer service journeys, and enhancing customer experience through AI-driven solutions.

- Experience: 3 - 8 Years

- Location: Pune

- Mode of Work: Hybrid

- Education Qualification: MCA/B.E/B.Tech/MTech

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Design, develop and deploy AI-powered voice and chat bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.





- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Contact Center and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

- Integrate bots with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, external APIs and enterprise applications.

- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform components.

- Monitor solution performance, customer experience metrics and bot effectiveness.

- Configure multilingual bot experiences and optimize conversation accuracy.

- Integrate bots with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, external APIs and enterprise applications.
