We at Coforge are hiring a D365 Commerce Functional Consultant with following skillset:

- D365 Commerce configuration including channels, catalogs, assortments, pricing, promotions, loyalty and payments.
- Strong expertise in retail processes, POS operations and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Experience with Commerce Scale Unit, channel database and distribution schedules.
- Configure store operations, returns, customer orders, fulfillment and cash management processes.
- Support commerce implementations, rollouts, go-live readiness and production support activities.
- Execute end-to-end retail testing, POS validation and rollout readiness assessments.
- Troubleshoot synchronization and integration issues between HQ and retail channels.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across delivery engagements.
- Drive process improvements and leverage AI-powered insights for enhanced customer experience.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Retail ERP and Microsoft D365 Commerce implementations.
- Robust understanding of retail pricing, discounts, loyalty and payment processes.
- Hands-on experience with POS, store operations and omnichannel commerce solutions.
- Experience working with Commerce Scale Unit, channel synchronization and distribution schedules.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in rollout, post-production support and enhancement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certification will be an added advantage.
