Role Description The MFC Dark Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the micro-fulfillment center (MFC). The role involves managing inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound processes, and order picking to ensure timely and error-free fulfillment. The manager supervises and schedules store and warehouse associates, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with logistics teams and delivery partners, optimizing layout and workflows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also requires tracking key metrics, preparing operational reports,



implementing process improvements, and supporting training and development of team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong operations management, warehouse supervision, and dark store or fulfillment center experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory control, order management, and process optimization within high-volume e-commerce or retail environments.
- Candidates should possess team leadership, people management, and performance coaching skills, with the ability to manage shifts and diverse workforce groups.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with operational data, KPIs, and basic reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with logistics, technology, and customer service teams.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld devices, and basic MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, understanding of safety and compliance standards, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts, are highly valued.
