Position Details

- Job Title: Ads Manager – Performance Marketing
- Company: Greamio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CloudBlitz)

- Location: Greamio HQ, Nagpur
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Freshers: Exceptional candidates with relevant internships or practical projects are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Google Search Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Generate quality leads for CloudBlitz technology courses.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPL and conversion rates.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of up to ₹5 Lakhs.
- Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams.
- Prepare weekly campaign performance reports.

Skills Required

Mandatory Skills





- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL and ROAS.

Good to Have:
- YouTube Ads experience.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
- Experience with WhatsApp campaigns.
- Basic Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience in EdTech or lead-generation campaigns.
