Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage MEP design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical installations, and other related infrastructure components.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues or conflicts during construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in managing MEP design projects in the GCC region (UAE preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC Design principles; proficiency in creating detailed designs using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
