- Prepare and review MEP tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and scope of work.
- Invite quotations from eligible MEP contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate with design, project, planning, and procurement teams for tender finalization.
- Analyze technical and commercial bids received from contractors.
- Prepare comparative statements (TBE/CBE) and recommend suitable contractors.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
- Finalize contract rates, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and timelines.
